● Led coordination of live productions, ensuring seamless transitions between productions for shows happening simultaneously along four floors.
● Operations as both lead show caller, as lead ASM for pageants, and additionally covered spot-op, props master, and A1 tracks depending on the needs and staffing of the venue.
● Crafted comprehensive run and tracking sheets, improving efficiency of show logistics ● Assisted with daily setup and breakdown of the stage, maintaining a consistent performance environment.
● Provided support during rehearsals and live shows, ensuring all technical aspects operated smoothly across four floors of simultaneous productions.

● Collaborated closely with directors, designers, and production staff to understand the artistic vision and requirements of each production.
● Organized 1000 singers of a mixture of professional and amateur backgrounds to lead them through rehearsals, to location training, to on site performance at The High Line.
● Created and maintained production schedules, rehearsal calendars, and performance call sheets to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
● Conducted rehearsals, providing clear direction to performers and crew members, and ensuring adherence to blocking, cues, and timing.

● Ran sound and lights as the show caller, operating over 1500 cues in 90 minutes.
● Lead the show from pre production to post, ensuring coherent design and direction as the show ran adding new swings, operators seamlessly to the team.
● Taught swing and ASM rehearsals as new team members joined to ensure full preparation before running live.
● Managed backstage operations during performances, coordinating scene changes, prop movements, and actor entrances/exits to maintain the integrity of the production.
