Transgression is an event series created by and for the trans community. This is a member-only space. This allows us to create and maintain a space where trans people can revel in each other safely and joyously.
These events foster community and safety among trans people who often are isolated and have to edit how they express themselves for their own safety in day-to-day existence. Here trans people can come together and live their fullest selves.
I have been the acting producer for Transgression since 2021. These duties include ticketing, marketing, and budgeting alongside volunteer coordination, lights and sound, and overseeing Load in (and occasionally Load Out) for each event.
Over 2,000 members
Bi-monthly events, which have sold out every event

Charley Horse was a series of parties at the short-lived but beloved Frankie’s in Hell’s Kitchen. This series was a collaboration between myself and Frankie Sharp to have a weekly dance party to invite more trans people into the Hell’s Kitchen gay scene, which is often a very exclusive part of the queer community.
The party featured rotating trans DJs, gogo dancers, and spotlights such as tattoo artists and boot blackers.
